Energy

  • Wynwood 25 is 23% more energy efficient than the current Florida Energy Code
  • On-site electric car charging stations
  • Low emitting fuel parking spaces for fuel efficient vehicles
  • Covered bike storage
  • All amenities and common areas feature passive infrared sensors as well as occupancy dimming to reduce energy use throughout the building
  • LED light fixtures are installed on the exterior of the building
  • During construction, materials were recycled or salvaged to divert as much as possible away from the landfills

Water Efficiency and Conservation

  • 88% of the plants and trees planted at Wynwood 25 are drought-tolerant and include soil moisture sensors to reduce water irrigation needs and promote water conservation
  • All lavatory faucets, shower heads and toilets are low flow to further reduce water use

Healthy Homes

  • Green cleaning environmentally friendly maintenance (green cleaning products used throughout amenities and common areas)
  • Each apartment home and amenity space includes high-efficiency air filtration systems with MERV 8 filters for improved indoor air quality
  • Energy Star dishwashers are included in every home
  • Smoke free building, smoking is prohibited throughout the community
  • Reduced smoke exposure and transfer
